Why I Sing

The LORD is my strength and my shield. My heart trusts him. I was helped, my heart rejoiced, and I thank him with my song. Psalms 28:7 CEB https://my.bible.com/bible/37/PSA.28.7.ceb

I sing because no one can tell my story like can.

He’s always been there to hold my hand.

He’s never left me alone and he always understands.

I sing because He wiped the tears away from my eyes.

He’s a man of His word and He never lies.

When I pray I know He will answer by and by.

I sing because He’s there through every High and low.

He covers me where ever I go.

He gives me the strength to endure every grief and woe.

If it’s a song of praise, chant or hymn,

I will sing them all because all praise belongs to him.

He gave me his light that shines bright and it will never go dim.

Every sickness He healed.

Every secret He revealed.

So I must sing with vigor, joy,  and, zeal.

So I’ll sing to the Lord God even if it’s a little off key.

In my darkest hour, Jesus gave me victory.

he paid the price for me on the cross on Calvery.

I’ll sing to Lord a new song, until the very end.

He took away my blemishes and Sins.

So I’ll lift my voice to Jesus a man who I call a friend.
