Jesus felt so alone on the cross.
So alone, that he felt a part of himself leaving him.
So alone he cried “My God, my God why you left me?”
Was this the moment that he took on our burden?
Was the hour of 3 the catalyst that transitioned death to grace?
Was this the moment the sinless took in all sin?
Did he suddenly feel the weight of all humanity?
That was a heavy load to carry.
He took on all of our darkness so that we can see the light.
How can we repay such a sacrifice?
He gave his all so that we can have it all.
He gave up the divine so that we can be adopted into his family.
We must cherish this gift of the because we don’t deserve it.
We much cherish it because it was a heavy price to pay.
