Father, as I lay in this hospital room I ask that you comfort me.
Guide the hands of the specialist that are in charge of my care.
May your wisdom overflow into the minds of the doctors, nurses, and staff as they make the best choices for my care.
Give me the strength to endure all of the testing and monitoring they have to do.
Please calm my nerves and fears, as I sit here wondering what could go wrong.
Help me to be at peace with whatever the results are.
Restore me on the inside, like you’ve done for the woman with the issue of blood and the woman that was bound for years.
May this season in my life be a testament to my faith.
May this season inspire those who are going through the same thing that I am.
Keep me forever in your care.
